关于举办第二届“知图杯”安徽省高校师生信息素养大赛的通知

一、组织机构

协办单位:北京搜知数据科技有限公司

二、大赛内容

大赛分为学生组和教师组。学生组为信息素养知识竞答,教师组为信息素养微课大赛。

(一)学生组

分初赛和总决赛两个阶段组织实施,初赛为校内赛,总决赛为省内赛(分研究生组、本科生组和高职生组)。

1.大赛组织

初赛与总决赛由主办方统一组织,每个参赛院校选派1-2位指导老师填写及提交报名回执,并参与后续的对接与组织宣传工作。

2.赛事平台

选用北京搜知数据科技有限公司“知图”平台(https://zhitu.sozdata.com/)作为学生赛前实训和参与竞赛的平台。

3.比赛方式

    初赛与总决赛均以线上答题的方式进行。

4.初赛安排

1)题目设计

试卷从平台公共题库中以随机组卷的形式产生,题型包含单选题10道(每题3分)、多选题10道(每题 4分)、判断题10道(每题3 分),共计 30 道题,满分 100 分。

2)初赛时间及要求

考试时间为 2024 930 日—1031日,答题时间为30 分钟。

每位参赛选手在规定时间范围内登录“知图”平台,独立完成线上答题。每个参赛高校学生组成绩排名校内前10名的选手晋级全省总决赛,参赛选手初赛成绩将在提交试卷后由平台实时给出。

5.总决赛安排

1)题目设计

总决赛的题目由主办方组织专家统一命题并完成试卷组卷工作。试卷分为 ABC 卷,其中 A 卷面向研究生,B 卷面向本科生,C 卷面向高职生。

题型包含单选题20道(每题2分)、多选题10道(每题 4分)、判断题10道(每题2分)三种题型,共计40 道题,满分 100 分。

2)总决赛时间及要求

总决赛采取线上考试进行,研究生组总决赛于119日上午9:30-10:30进行,本科生组总决赛于119日上午10:40-11:40 进行,高职生组总决赛于119日下午14:30-15:30进行。

所有具备资格参与总决赛的选手在规定时间集中登录“知图”信息素养学赛  平台进行线上答题。选手初赛成绩不带入总决赛,最终以总决赛成绩排名作为本届大赛最终成绩排名。各组分别单列计算成绩排名。最终排名及获奖情况将在总决赛结束后三个工作日内公布。

(二)教师组

1.参赛对象

省内各高校从事信息素养教育教学、研究的图书馆员与教师。

2.参赛内容

参赛教师本人主讲的信息素养方面的一门课程,课程性质不限。

3.参赛方式及要求

1)参赛教师于1031日前登录“知图”平台——“赛事中心”进行作品上传。

2)微课程需要有 PPT展示,教师自由选择是否出镜。

3PPT 画面能够清晰地呈现学习内容;视频画面清楚,不抖动、不倾斜;音频要求普通话(外语专业除外),音质清晰;鼓励在形式、内容、技术等方面创新。

4)时间需控制在5-10分钟,不得超时。抓住学生注意力的最佳黄金时段,简明扼要地概述知识点。使用规范学术用语,表述清晰、有条理。

4.评分标准

由主办方组织国内图情专家对作品进行评分。评分标准如下:

1.音频清晰,不存在杂音、噪音,5分;存在明显杂音、噪音,且占总时长比大于90%的,0分;

2.视频清晰度可参照下方【MP4格式视频分辨率判定依据】进行评分,满分10分。

剪辑技术与时长

1.视频在规定时长5-10分钟范围内得满分5分,超过或者少于规定时长,每增减一分钟扣1分;

2.剪辑连贯,后期处理(包括但不限于视觉效果和美学呈现、音效和配乐运用、字幕和其他创意和技术运用)效果良好5分;部分剪辑卡顿,后期处理质量一般,3分;全部剪辑卡顿,后期处理效果差 0分;

3.画面长宽比例 16:9 为最佳,得5分,其余比例主观判断得分。

内容质量与深度

主观

1.信息传达准确性:信息或知识点表达正确10分;知识点表达部分有误,影响较小 5分;知识点表达完全错误0分;

2.故事性与连贯性:结构安排合理、场景过渡自然,5分;故事线索合理、连贯,5分;

3.内容吸引力与影响力:吸引观众,案例丰富,引发观众信息启发或情感共鸣,10分。

选题创意与扣题度

1.选题内容新颖、独特,极具创意性15分;具体依据内容创意性、独特性、新颖性进行评分;

2.紧贴主题,理解深刻,表达精准流畅15分;不切题,浮于表面,表达卡顿0分;其余按对主题的理解和表达能力进行评分。

四、奖项评选规则

1.个人奖项:学生组按照参赛选手全省总决赛成绩进行排名,相同分数情况下答题用时少者获胜,研究生组、本科生组与高职生组分别计算成绩排名。教师按照微课评审结果进行排名。

2.优秀组织团体奖:按照各高校初赛参与考试并获得有效成绩的总人数排名确定,总人数相同时初赛平均分高者获胜。本科院校与高职院校分别排名。

3.优秀指导教师奖:获得个人一等奖的师生所在学校的负责赛事组织的老师(以报名回执单上的指导教师名单为准),授予优秀指导教师奖。

五、大赛颁奖

大赛颁奖将另行通知。

六、参赛方式

选手参赛方式:

参赛学生与老师均于930日—1031日登录赛事平台完成个人信息注册并完成初赛答题(学生)/作品提交(老师)。无需报名。

Ø  操作步骤:电脑端登录“知图”平台(https://zhitu.sozdata.com)参与答题(首次使用平台需注册认证 )。登录后点击“信息素养”——“赛事中心”,选择对应的赛事栏目,点击“进入赛事”。
